LIV Dublin caters to students, both academically and socially: it has a comfortable, spacious study lounge and café, as well as an exclusive cinema room and events space for when the study is over and the fun begins! There is also a gym on-site. Should you have any queries or face any problems, there is a team at the reception desk 24/7 to help you with anything you need.

Description of local area

The LIV Dublin residence is located on Church Street, just minutes away from the cool, up-and-coming area of Smithfield. The area is well-connected to the city centre by bus and Luas, but there are also a number of little cafés, restaurants and bars nearby if you would prefer to stay close by. The Lighthouse Cinema is less than ten minutes from LIV Dublin, where you can catch all the latest arthouse movies as well as repeats of old classics. Many famous tourist attractions, such as Kilmainham Gaol, Collins Barracks and Jameson Distillery, are all within walking distance from the residence.
