Student Testimonial

I choose EC London because of its location. I only stayed for a week, but my short stay helped me practise my speaking and I also learnt a lot of vocabulary. My favourite activity was the “English for Work” class.

I think that EC’s method of teaching is very effective and I really enjoyed my course.

Teacher Testimonial

I have been teaching English for almost ten years and have been organising exam courses since 2007. I am especially interested in the Cambridge Exams and enjoy teaching them as they push students to use a wide variety of language. I love teaching English as it is a different challenge every day and as well as my love for the language I get to meet many fascinating people. This allows me to learn from them and I believe in the classroom being a place for the exchange of ideas.

My biggest tip to all students, but especially to those studying for an exam would be, keep a separate note book to record all new vocabulary in. Organise it in a way that works best for you and regularly review it and try to use the new words as frequently as possible. Remember too that mistakes are fine; they are part of the learning process.
