If you are staying at an EC residence, you will also be welcome by an EC transportation representative who will accompany you and give you access to your EC apartment.

What information do I need to give to book an airport transfer?
Please provide your flight number, arrival time, terminal and airport of origin – minimum 1 week in advance

Who will I meet at the airport?
You will meet an EC transportation representative holding an EC sign at the Arrivals Hall. You may also follow the sign to the Tour Operator Area and wait until the EC representative arrives.
