Application deadlines

Recommended Application Deadlines
Priority deadlines are offered in rounds. Applications are viewed with admission and scholarship highly considered in each round. However, later applications after the Round 3 deadline are accepted and will be considered on a space-available, per program basis.
Fall (late August start)
Round 1: February 1 | Round 2: March 15 | Round 3: April 15
Spring (mid-Januarystart)
Round 1: September 1 | Round 2: October 15 | Round 3: November 1

Application Requirements


After submitting a fully completed application, applicants can expect an admission decision within 3-4 weeks’ time.
If the offer is accepted, a deposit of $250 for SPS and IDCE programs and $500 for GSOM programs is required to process the I-20 and secure a spot in the incoming class. 
Conditionally admitted students will receive EC’s I-20 first before transferring to Clark University.

I-20  Requirements: 

  • Deposit,
  • Completed Enrollment Reply Form International Student Information Form in the application portal,
  • Bank statement (no older than six months), 
  • Completed affidavit of support if the bank statement is in another name.

After submitting all the required documents, the I-20 will be issued.

What do I need to apply?

Application proccess:
1. Prepare student’s email account and password, send the details to and request application fee waiver code
2. Submit an online application form to Clark and EC through our portals
3. Upload required materials to the online application portal
4. Receive acceptance letter and work with EC admissions for I-20s and pre-arrival details. Remark the conditional admission on I-20s if needed.

Application Materials for All Applicants:

  • Résumé / CV
  • Statement of purpose 
  • Two letters of recommendation 
  • Unofficial academic transcripts (Officials to be submitted at the time of admission or arrival) 
  • Test scoresheets if required (Official scores verified upon enrollment)
  •  $75 Application Fee (Waived with EC code)
