Description of Local Area

Brooklyn Co Living (Douglass Street) is located in one of Brooklyn’s trendiest neighbourhoods, Cobble Hill. Just a short walk away from hip cafes, relaxed bars, and casual restaurants, students will get to explore local living at its best. The home is a typical Brooklyn brownstone, on a quiet, tree-lined street. With many independent shops, trendy boutiques and specialty food markets, as well as schools and playgrounds, the area has a village vibe. This home is ideal for students who want to experience a true New York experience, while interacting with locals to improve their English.

This residence is approximately a thirty-five minute subway ride from EC New York and midtown Manhattan. The home is easily accessed by the Bergen Street F train, and is a short walk to the Atlantic Avenue/Barclay’s Center 2, 3, N, Q, W, R, 4, 5, B, and D lines, as well as downtown Brooklyn.

Description of Accommodation

If you want to experience true New York living, Brooklyn is the place to be! The residence offers students shared apartments in two different layouts. The home offers two apartments with three bedrooms in each apartment. Each of these rooms offers ensuite bathrooms. The home also offers another apartment with four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. The home is newly renovated and remodelled, and students will enjoy the modern furnishings and comfortable style.

The home combines the comfort of a residence with the language experience and community of a host family, all at prices cheaper than an Airbnb! Students living here will have access to a community manager who will be available to schedule activities and events that allow residents a chance to get to know one another. This added value will provide students with opportunities to meet locals and immerse themselves in the English language outside of their classes. Additionally, the homes come prepared with furniture, kitchen essentials, security systems, and weekly cleaning services!
