    Departure day: Saturday 11:00
Fees for late check out may apply

Journey to school

The apartments are located about 20-30 minutes from school, depending on how you plan to get to school.

  • Take the Green Line toward Park Street. The nearest T stop to school is ‘Government Center’. Then walk toward Faneuil Hall.
  • Don’t be afraid to ask for directions—Bostonians are friendly and always willing to help!
  • Once you get to Faneuil Hall, find the store Abercrombie & Fitch.

EC Boston is located right above this store. The entrance is on the left side of the building facing a restaurant called Anthem. Take the elevator up to the front desk on the 4th floor to check in. Students may also choose to walk to school.

Cancellation prior to arrival

Students cancelling or postponing fewer than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-week accommodation fee at the standard accommodation rate and the accommodation placement fee.

Cancellation after arrival

Students leaving their accommodation must give notice in writing four (4) weeks prior to termination. After deducting the price of accommodation used, including the required notice period charged at standard accommodation rates, students will be refunded the remaining accommodation costs. If the four-week notice period is not provided, a cancellation fee equal to four (4) weeks of the accommodation cost will apply.

Airport Pickup

If you request our airport transfer service, the driver will be waiting, holding an EC sign at:

  • The baggage claim area, if you arrive via a DOMESTIC flight; OR
  • Outside the Immigration & Customs area, if you arrive via an INTERNATIONAL flight.

If you do not see the transportation representative immediately, please make sure to wait at least 15 minutes before leaving the designated meeting point to call the transfer company emergency number +1(0) 800 609 1402. Even if the representative does not answer, you should still leave a message confirming your location and the agent will find you within a few minutes. You may also call the emergency phone number at +1 (0) 617-990-4880, and an EC staff member will assist you.

Please make sure to contact EC Boston at +1 (0) 617-990-4880 if there is any problem or the flight is missed, delayed or cancelled so we can inform the transfer company.
