Description of accommodation

St. Pancras Way Residence is a new building, opened in 2014. The residence consists of mixed gender apartments with en-suite rooms in 4-6 bedroom flats. Each room is complete with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and own bathroom.

Description of local area

St. Pancras Way is situated on the outskirts of Camden Town, home to a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and venues to suit all tastes. Camden Market is particularly notable, with unique shopping opportunities that attract visitors from across the country. With over 700 market stalls offering everything from vintage clothing to adventurous world foods, you’ll find plenty to see, do, enjoy, and experience.

King's Cross station and Euston station are within 15 minutes’ walk. Students will have easy access to the Piccadilly, Northern, Victoria, Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan lines. Nearby St. Pancras station provides a stop for the Eurostar and other mainline trains.


Journey to the residence from Heathrow Airport
Take the Piccadilly Line to Leicester Square and then take the Northern Line to Mornington Crescent station.

Journey to school

Walk  - Head south onto Pancras Way and take the first road on the right, continue walking on Crowndale Rd and then turn left on Oakley Square. Turn left on Eversholt Street and continue walking to 24 Eversholt Street which is opposite Euston Station. Average: 20 min.

Tube - Walk to Mornington Crescent station and take the Northern Line towards Kennington to Euston. Average: 15 min

Cancellations

Cancellation prior to arrival

Students cancelling their accommodation less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one week accommodation fee at the standard rate and placement fee.

Cancellation after arrival

Bookings of 7 weeks or less: No accommodation refund. Bookings of 8 weeks and over: Students must give notice in writing 4 weeks prior to termination otherwise a 4 week cancellation fee will apply.

Notes

  • EC must be notified of student arrival arrangements and expected times of arrival.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the residence.
  • You will be asked to complete an Authorisation for Damage Deposit form on your first day of school.
  • Mixed Gender: Male and female students share common areas and facilities, but bedrooms are single gender.
