- Weekly cleaning service provided for both rooms and common areas and there will not be any extra charge.

Description of Local Area
Located in a quiet area north of the city centre, there are pubs and a nice café just nearby, and the historical city centre is just in a short walk away.
Description of Accommodation
Study Inn is a purpose built student self-catering accommodation block. The rooms are large and furnished to a high quality. Each room also includes a private, fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob and en suite bathroom.

Arrival and departure
Arrival day: Saturday (Sunday arrival is possible)
Check in: after 3 pm
They might be able to check in before 3pm if the room is ready, if not they can either drop off their suitcase and pass the time in the city centre or just use the common areas.
Study Inn has staff in reception 24/7 so late arrivals have no problems checking in.Departure day: Saturday
Check out: before 10am
Late check out is not allowed.
Journey to school
EC is located about 25 minute walk from the residence or a 12 minute journey using public transport.
Cancellations
Cancellation prior to arrival
Students cancelling or postponing 14 days or less prior to their accommodation dates will be charged a two-week accommodation fee at the rate quoted in the price list for the accommodation booked and the accommodation placement fee.
Cancellation after arrival
Students leaving their accommodation must give notice in writing 4 weeks prior to termination. If the 4-week notice period is not provided a cancellation fee equal to 4 weeks of the accommodation cost will apply. After deducting the price of accommodation used at the rate quoted in the price list, including the required notice period charged at the same rate, students will be refunded the remaining accommodation costs.
Airport Pickup
If you have booked accommodation with EC you must arrive at the airport between 08:00 and 20:00. Late/early arrivals may be asked to book alternative accommodation. You will meet an EC transportation representative holding sign with the EC logo and your name. They will be waiting for you at Arrivals. If after 10 minutes you cannot see the EC representative, just call +44 (0)7966976513 (from the information desk or a mobile phone). If your flight is missed, delayed, or cancelled, or if there is any other problem, you should notify EC by calling +44 (0)7966976513 (from the information desk or a mobile phone) to rearrange your transfer time and avoid additional cost.
Other ways to get to your residence
Students can take trains from the airport straight so Cambridge station. National Express and National Rail can be booked directly at the airport. Students can ask the dedicated desks, the Information Desk or directly online: National Rail and National Express - please click the links for information on prices. From Cambridge station students can take several buses: A the busway, D the busway, B the busway, Park & Ride, Citi 5 or Citi 6. The journey will take approximately 25 minutes.

There is a 24/7 reception.
House Rules
- Students must be 18+ to choose this accommodation
- Mixed Gender. Male and female students share common areas and facilities, but bedrooms are single gender
- Study Inn may ask for credit card details but will not charge unless rooms are left majorly damaged.
- Guests allowed: Students are permitted to have a max. of one guest staying over as long as they are over the age of 18 and the Centre Manager has been informed of this. No need to ask in school.
- Smoking is not allowed but it's permitted in designated areas outside
- While we promote and support diversity, we cannot guarantee language mix. However, we always encourage students to use English to communicate, be respectful and inclusive of others
- EC provides a clean living space for all students and expects a basic level of respect from all students. For example, if something is dropped, pick it up; do not leave clothes and belongings on the floor; place rubbish and leftovers in a garbage bag
