Description of accommodation

Print Hall has everything that you need as a student staying in Bristol. This residence facilities include internet in every room, open plan communal areas as well as a private gym and secure cycle parking, allowing you to remain fit and healthy during your stay. Your room size will be 12.63m2 – 19.19m2 with a double bed, under bed storage and wardrobe. You will have a study space with drawers and desk chair. Each room has its own ensuite shower room. Print Hall residence has a separate shared kitchen and living area with sofas, table and chairs, large fridge freezers, oven, hob, microwaves, cooker, toasters, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board.

Print Hall is in the heart of Bristol, set near the beautifully landscaped Castle Park and River Avon. Situated less than half a mile from Bristol Temple Meads train station and the main shopping area of Cabot Circus. Print Hall is ideally situated to take advantage of the range of activities that Bristol has to offer. Whether it’s a late-night show at the historic Bristol Hippodrome, diving into the past at Brunel’s SS Great Britain, or exploring Banksy’s urban art on Gloucester Road there is something for everyone.

Cancellations

Cancellation prior to arrival

Students cancelling or postponing fewer than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-week accommodation fee at the standard accommodation rate and the accommodation placement fee.

Cancellation after arrival

Students leaving their accommodation must give notice in writing four (4) weeks prior to termination. After deducting the price of accommodation used, including the required notice period charged at standard accommodation rates, students will be refunded the remaining accommodation costs. If the four-week notice period is not provided, a cancellation fee equal to four (4) weeks of the accommodation cost will apply.

Airport Pickup

If you booked an EC arrival transfer, please provide your flight number, arrival time, terminal and airport of origin – minimum 2 weeks in advance. You will meet an EC transportation representative holding an EC Bristol sign in the arrival terminal.

Other ways to get to your residence

You can take the bus A1 Bristol Flyer. The last bus stop is the Bristol Coach Station and the journey from Bristol Airport to the Coach Station is about 40 minutes. The residence is located within 5 minutes walking to Coach Station. For more information, please see here.

Arrival Procedures

Please provide your arrival information or estimated arrival time prior to arrival. On the arrival, students are requested to call the Emergency Telephone number 30 minutes prior to their arrival in Bristol, +44 (0) 7713 561 436. They will then be met at the residence, shown to their room and given their room key.

Prices

  • Single ensuite: £210 per week / High season: £220 per week
  • Studio: £250 per studio per week / High Season £260 per studio per week

Notes

  • Students must be 18+.
  • Residence common areas are mixed gender.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the residence.
  • Students will complete an Authorisation for Damage Deposit form on the first day of school. No credit card or bank details are required.
  • There is no luggage storage in the residence but students can wait in the common area until the check-in time.
