Description of Local Area

Located in a Georgian square in the Clifton Triangle near the University of Bristol, the house is in the heart of Bristol’s student area. There are supermarkets, high street shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms, and museums only a short walk away – everything you could want. There are also regular buses in and out of the city centre with a travel time of about 5 minutes.

Description of Accommodation

There are shared rooms and ensuite rooms options.The Town House consists of 6 individual bedrooms in a historic school building. The shared house has 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen/dining area complete with kitchen appliances. Each room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and storage space. Students residing at the house also have access to facilities at the residence next door which includes a DVD/cinema room, satellite TV, games room, gym, study room, bicycle storage, and laundry.

  • Check in: after 1pm

  • Check out: 10am
    Note: If the student leaves after 10am on the departure day, one extra night may be charged £28.57. If the student is booked in the en-suite the price is £31.43.

Journey to school

The student house is only a 15-minute walk from the school. It is also on a main bus route to the city centre. Fare approximately £1.

Arrival Procedures

On arrival, students should go to the main reception or use the intercom to contact the 24 hour reception staff at the residence next door to the Town House. Students will be met, shown to their room and given their room key.

House Rules

  • Students must be 18+
  • No smoking is permitted in the residence
  • Students need to bring their own towels
  • Mixed Gender: Male and female students share common areas and facilities, but bedrooms are single gender
  • Students have to agree to the accommodation rules and sign a contract stating that they will cover any damages.
