Description of accommodation

Broughton Towers is a high- rise residential building with spacious apartments filled with natural light. The balconies provide wonderful views of a bustling downtown core, the beautiful marina of Coal Harbour, or the PNW towering trees of Stanley Park, all just a short distance away. Students at this residence must be 19 years of age or older.

Description of local area

Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Vancouver’s West End, Broughton Towers provides students with a residence that is in the heart of Vancouver’s social hub of restaurants and bars, and just a stone throw’s away from one of the most scenic park walks in Canada. Despite being just a 18-minute walk to EC Vancouver and downtown, the West End is notorious for providing residences with a feeling of living in an exterior suburb of a big city, with its tree lined streets and Stanley Park, and the ocean surrounding the area.

Airport Pickup

  • If the student booked an airport transfer, someone will meet the student at the airport and take them to the residence.
  • If the student is at International Arrivals, an EC Transfer Representative will meet them after they walk through two sets of automatic doors. The EC Representative will be holding an EC sign with the student’s name written on it.
